CEU OPPORTUNITY: This workshop will help coaches, teachers and practitioners understand the seemingly conflicting information that exists about nutrition, body composition and performance in active and athletic females, and will provide time for collective problem solving and planning through the use of case studies and discussion. Real life anecdotes from American college, elite and Olympic level athletes, combined with sound theoretical knowledge and recent research findings will frame the discussions.
