Offer your students physical, emotional, and social challenges that build character, trust, relationships, problem solving skills, and leadership qualities. These activities are fun, goal-oriented, and promote group interaction with maximum student engagement. Each activity uses a minimal amount of inexpensive equipment. Task cards require students to read and interpret the challenges. Team building is a great way to meet National Standards for Physical Education #5 and #6.
