This presentation will provide administrators, coaches, and athletes a forum for addressing homophobia and heterosexism issues, and more importantly, how programs might address present and future actions. The researcher, a current D-III athletic director, and a former coach/athletic administrator, will educate participants on homophobia and heterosexism policies and procedures, institutional initiatives, and pioneering an inclusive sport participation environment. Case studies will provide the opportunity to actively participate through group discussion and problem solving.
