The construction of a new recreation center can generate excitement. Unfortunately, most HPERD professionals do not have experience in the process of designing and constructing a new building; mistakes are inevitably made. This presentation will describe some of the problems encountered in the construction of a new recreation center and how to avoid mistakes.
