NAGWS’ expert panel of three exceptional women who have played critical roles in development, implementation and interpretation of Title IX is a “can’t miss” opportunity! Dr. Bernice Sandler, the “Godmother of Title IX” will focus on the creation of the law, Dr. Linda Carpenter will share results of more than 30 years of Title IX research, and a third panelist will discuss issues facing today’s women and girls in sport.
