376 Intermediate Modern Dance Technique

This class will be an eclectic, holistic modern technique class that explores movement possibilities for a multitude of different learning environments. Open to all levels of experience. Refresh your memory, learn new concepts, or simply enjoy moving through space. The movement will be broken down for less experienced movers, and options given for the more experienced movers. Some creative movement experimentation will be added throughout the traditional centre floor and locomotive floor progressions and phrases.
