300 Wake up and Move to the Beat

This early morning pool workout is designed to motivate, inspire, and get the blood flowing. The high-impact activity can be modified for those not used to physical activity. It will work the heart, lungs, arms, legs, and abdominals. At the end of the workout, participants will feel better about themselves.
