This session explores the role of sport and physical activity within the American presidency. Themes include the use of sport in image-making, the great (and not so great) outdoorsmen, first ladies and their activity, and, presidential surprises. Through the use of narration and slides, this light-hearted presentation will entertain history buffs and novices alike.
