Join CAAD members as they lead their favorite group exercise for older adults. The smorgasbord will serve yoga, balance, strength, mind challenges, station work, big band boogies, flexibility, and other creative delicacies. A required theme is that each be functional, effective, fun, and interactive. No bland and boring hand-waving selections here. All menu items will include handouts so you can join in and try to keep up.
