“Assessment, Assessment, Assessment”… In this era of increasing emphasis on assessment, health educators must find effective means to assess both student learning and program outcomes. The electronic portfolio can be used not only for assessment, but as a means to help students acquire technology skills. In a course designed by the presenters, majors create an e-portfolio presented as a graduation requirement. Join us for discussion of the format, design, and effectiveness of the e-portfolio.
