School Based Obesity Approaches
A project exploring the potential for school-based obesity prevention/reduction in a New York county suggested many voices needed to be considered in planning, and that these voices did not often agree – explore the voices. Also, learn how to work with schools to implement Coordinated School Health- the levels of collaboration, the successes, the challenges, and the factors impacting long-term sustainability.
