Integrating People with Developmental and Physical Disabilities into Your Choreography |
As choreographers, we seek many ways to integrate all community members - of varying ages and abilities - into our work, for choreography is not just technical steps strung together but the ultimate form of expression. In this session, we will view some integrated dance performances, then explore various ways to create movement material that is unique to each dance and each dancer. This process involves embracing all movers into the creative process. |
