Exergames: Bridging the Gap between Video Games, Activity, and Fun |
Physical activity is important to living a healthy, active lifestyle. This hands-on workshop will focus on how exergames (video games that require the player to move) can be used as a healthy alternative to regular video games and traditional sports. Our expert panel will lead demonstrations and discussions on the use of exergames for youngsters with and without disabilities, adults, and seniors. Specifically, we will highlight exergames in schools, clinical settings, and fitness clubs. |
