| Classroom Strategies for Active Teaching of Women in Sport |
| In this session learning activities will be presented that have been implemented in a first year seminar focusing on women in sport. The course, entitled You've Come a Long Way Baby: From Bloomers to Sports Bras, focuses first year students on becoming university scholars and integrating them into the university. This focus is embedded in social science and human behavior disciplines. It meets general education objectives of the university that requires active styles of engagement. |
