Functional Fitness Assessment of Baby Boomers: How Fit Are You? |
This workshop is divided into two parts. During the first 45 minutes, fitness instructors who work with adults (Baby Boomers or older) will learn how to administer assessments of balance and mobility, agility, strength, and flexibility. Participants will receive hands-on experience in safely using assessment equipment, organizing a testing session, and interpreting results. Come in during the last 30 minutes to see how your fitness levels compare to those 50 and older. Everyone is welcome! |
