Lessons Learned While Making Steps to a Healthier Florida

Reduction of diabetes, asthma, and obesity were the primary goals of each of these 5-year projects. This session will compare and contrast each district’s strategic approaches and outcomes. Presenters will share their successes, challenges, and collaborative efforts, along with sustainability plans and replication insights.
