The participants will experience hands-on activities that help students cope with stressors and become more resilient and healthy. These activities will do more than just cover up problems or give a temporary fix. By incorporating these activities into your existing lessons, your students will be the recipients of life-changing behaviors. Learn how to address the mental health issues that appear to be more common among students today.
