The Visibility of Title IX as it Ages
In many of our institutions of Higher Education we continue to see disparity between men's and women's sports. Over 35 years have passed since Title IX was passed but we still must be diligent. This program will review a case study at Vanderbilt University in which Title IX was pointed to as the reason for the elimination of the men's soccer team and how faculty stepped up to defend the principles of Title IX.
