Effective and Easy Tai Chi for Seniors |
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art characterized by gentle flowing movements. This presentation will provide a brief history, identify health benefits, share educational training resources, and take the participant through a modified lesson. Sample movements will be experienced in the Arthritis Foundation Sun Tai Chi. You will be amazed at how this activity is accepted by, and impacts the functionality of, the over-fifty age group, including both healthy and frail adults. |
