Present or Host a TESA Workshop in Your Community
Workshop presenters and hosts will learn how to offer the TESA workshop designed to train leaders for effective older adult group exercise programs in their community. TESA presenters must have experience leading exercise for older adults and be prepared to co-teach novice exercise leaders (nurse aids, activity directors, students, etc.) how to safely implement the TESA I group exercise program. Hosts will learn avenues for funding and hosting a workshop in their community.
