Dutch Oven Cooking 101
Learn the basics of Dutch-oven cooking and how to use this exciting outdoor skill to invigorate the outdoor/adventure education components of your physical education classes. This session will also link Dutch-oven cooking with lessons in nutrition and environmental ethics. In addition to getting a chance to practice cooking with a Dutch oven, all attendees will receive an instructional manual along with PowerPoint and lesson plan information.
