Becoming a V.O.I.C.E: Followership to Leadership in Professional Organizations |
The existence of any organization (of individuals) is evidence of the willingness of the members (both leaders and followers) to work together, rather than alone, toward a goal. Whether it is in our schools, communities, colleges, or professional associations, there is need for individuals’ V.O.I.C.E.[s] to be heard. This presentation will actively engage all participants in learning how followers, through finding their V.O.I.C.E., will be ready to lead their respective organization. |
