Becoming a V.O.I.C.E: Followership to Leadership in Professional Organizations
The existence of any organization (of individuals) is evidence of the willingness of the members (both leaders and followers) to work together, rather than alone, toward a goal. Whether it is in our schools, communities, colleges, or professional associations, there is need for individuals’ V.O.I.C.E.[s] to be heard. This presentation will actively engage all participants in learning how followers, through finding their V.O.I.C.E., will be ready to lead their respective organization.
