| Athletic Event Crisis Management: Planning for the Unexpected |
| Crisis management implementation for athletic events has become an integral component for school districts. This session will present strategies for emergency situations that may occur during athletic and sporting events. The audience learns what constitutes the need to plan appropriately, how to develop essential elements of a crisis management plan, and the duties and responsibilities of members in the plan. The audience will come away with information to construct a crisis management plan. |
