| The Julian W. Smith Honor Award is an annual award presented by the Council for Adventure and Outdoor Education/Recreation (CAOER). This award recognizes an AAHPERD member who has shown significant attainment in the area of adventure and outdoor education/recreation over an extended period of time. This year’s award recipient and lecturer is Jim Stiehl of the University of Northern Colorado. |
