Focus on Promoting Health Through Nutrition: Why Not Choose Dairy? |
Obesity is impacting Americans of all ages, and the health issues stemming from this are causing a great deal of concern. It is essential to look beyond obesity to make sure that other nutrition issues are not ignored: Diabetes, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, eating disorders, even food safety are at risk of being overlooked. This presentation will address practical tips for including dairy in your diet and how health educators can promote dairy consumption. |
