Childhood obesity and the role of physical education will be examined in two papers in this history session. Distinguished historian Roberta Park will explore physical education's role in "Bridging the Gap Between Knowledge and Practice." Youithinteractive.com's Baker Harrell will present: "Kids and Obesity: A Social History." Discussion will follow the papers.
