Sport Specific Yoga
Yoga is a great addition for participants of all sports. Yoga can help develop a better breathing technique while it improves balance, flexibility, core strength and endurance. The purpose of this session is to demonstrate and practice the most beneficial yoga stretches and poses to balance out the effects a specific sport has on the body. Included are stretches for running, cycling, golf, tennis, and weightlifting. Come and experience postures that can provide benefits for any athletic need.
