Increasing Joy Through Motivational Goal Setting: Strategies for Educators/Practitioners |
As educators and practitioners we continuously pour ourselves into those whom we serve, but how do we refuel? This session is interactive and focuses on strategies designed to increase the amount of joy one experiences both professionally and personally. Rooted in research and neuroscience, plus a hefty dose of fun, participants will learn strategies for goal-setting, getting out of overwhelm, and energy/time management. An innovative problem-solving approach will also be discussed. Leave this session empowered, inspired, and on the way to achieving more joy in life! These methods can be modified for classroom and community use. |
