Resistance Tubing Workout |
To change the shape of your body, one of the most important things you can do is resistance train. Diet and cardio are equally important, but when it comes to changing how your body looks, resistance training wins. The purpose of this session is to teach the participant an inexpensive and portable way to get a full-body, strength-training workout. Included in the session will be variations of exercises for the beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. |
