Leading or Following in Partner Dances Using Somatic Sensitivity
Interested in improving your partnering skills in Ballroom, Latin, Country Western dance? Wonder how to give or receive signals regarding a change in pattern? Are you able to transfer your skills from one dance form to another? Explore the realm of somatic sensitivity training as it relates to partner dance. Whether an experienced dancer or just beginning to find your feet, you will enhance your body’s awareness in motion and you will become more responsive to your partner on the dance floor. The presenter is a Certified Somatic Movement Therapist and received advanced ballroom dance training at Brigham Young University.
