T'ai Chi Chih: Joy Thru Movement
Experience "Joy thru Movement" as we practice 20 simple, fluid movements in the non-martial art of T'ai Chi Chih, a moving meditation. These energy-based movements can be performed by anyone of any age or ability, even while seated. The purpose of T'ai Chi Chih is to circulate and balance the intrinsic, vital force of the body known as "chi." Some of the many reported benefits include weight and stress reduction, increased immunity to the shingles virus, increased balance and flexibility, greater energy, and peak performance. Meet near the Information booth in the Convention Center.
