Goal Setting via Performance Profiling: Enhancing Athletic Performance
Performance profiling is a great goal setting tool that will assist in the enhancement of athletic performance. This presentation will focus on the process of performance profiling, integrating the Personal Construct Theory with experiential learning. Participants will have an opportunity to create a performance profile pertaining to his/her sport. The presenters will carry the audience through the complete process of performance profiling and help each individual set goals using his/her performance profile. The desired result of this presentation is to give the audience a tool to assist athletes in setting goals to improve athletic performance. Session sponsored by NSCA-Certification Commission.
