TESA: Training and Encouraging Senior Activity -- Chronic Conditons Workshop |
This workshop will train exercise leaders to work with older adults who have one or more chronic conditions. Conditions that will be addressed include: cardiovascular, pulmonary, arthritis, osteoporosis, joint replacement, lower back pain, fibromyalgia, BPPV, Meniere's disease, and Parkinson's. This workshop will be a combination of presentation and activity and is designed for those with an exercise leadership background. |
