Turning Disability into DANCEability |
Students with disabilities are entitled to and can benefit from creative learning opportunities. Rhythmic movements and dance activities can be the modalities that enable children to express their feelings. As a physical education teacher you can easily integrate students with disabilities, making dance meaningful and challenging for all. Learn how your classrooms can provide the avenue that allows children with disabilities to use music, rhythms, and dance to experience the joy of movement. From contra dance to aerobics, learn rhythmic activities that can turn disability into DANCEability. |
