Cheerleading Safety 101
Most accidents seen today in cheerleading are the result of inadequate training for coaches and advisers. If the emphasis is placed on dance over tumbling skills you could be headed for a lawsuit. This session will give the attendee an opportunity to see a progression of teaching instruction that will prepare them to safely train a squad of cheerleaders. The presenter is a past president of Acrobatic Gymnastics and the Director of the Sports Acrobatic Training Center at La Sierra University in Riverside, CA.
Speaker: Roger Mc Farland, La Sierra University, Riverside, CA
