| Here's a crash course in different Ballroom styles to take back to your middle or high school students. Capitalize on its popularity and fun! Perfect for socialization, it teaches etiquette and proper manners through dance. This session gives PE/Dance teachers a basic, introductory level course in several Ballroom styles (focusing on Latin), to enable them to introduce their students to the burgeoning field of Ballroom/Dancesport, which is now recognized as an Olympic sport.The presenter is the 2007 NDA K-12 Dance Educator of the Year. |
