| Organizing A National Girl and Women in Sport Day Assembly |
| This session will guide physical education teachers and coaches in organizing, creating and implementating a school National Girl and Women In Sport Day assembly. This is a "how to" and "what to do" session with sample ideas on what Black Hills High School, a STARS ONE, program does to advocate, honor, recognize and empower female athletes in a school setting.
Activities will be presented that will teach elementary, middle and high school teachers methods, ideas and strategies to organize a National Girl and Women in Sport Day assembly on a zero budget! |
