What Women Want in a Worksite "Healthy Weight" Program
This session will provide attendees with information about barriers, behaviors and programming desires of female employees interested in participating in a worksite wellness program designed to help women achieve a healthy body weight. 220 college employees were surveyed regarding eating habits, physical activity levels, sedentary behaviors, body weight history (including emotional factors relating to eating and body weight), personal barriers and potential programming components for a "healthy weight" program. Come join us to learn the real struggles, desires and needs of real women in need of achieving a healthier weight.
