How Indianapolis PE Programs Improve Reading Scores
Brain research suggests that what makes us move is also what makes us think. Physical activity builds the framework for cognition and proper brain development. The Indianapolis Public Schools took these concepts and tested them. See the test scores of our improvement in reading. Many of our schools are using action learning to improve academic success. This interactive, energetic presentation will provide the brain research used for this program, how to get administrative buy in, how the PE teacher is the leader of this movement, and the activities used to accomplish movement in learning in the Indianapolis Public Schools.
