Regular participation in hatha yoga exercises provides numerous mind/body benefits. Designed for anyone interested in yoga, those considering yoga as a new activity, regular practitioners, and even yoga instructors, this session will provide a psychological foundation for getting the most out of a sustained practice. Recommendations, tips, and strategies, supported by excerpts from authoritative yogic texts, will encourage lifelong participation in a safe, effective, enjoyable manner.
