Females suffer a 2-10 times increased incidence of serious knee injury over males participating in the same sport. In this session, you will hear about the latest research efforts in the prevention of non-contact ACL injuries in female athletes, and learn about the neuromuscular training methods of the scientifically-acclaimed Sportsmetrics™ program. Athletic trainers, coaches, physical educators, athletes, strength coaches and personal trainers will benefit from gaining an understanding of the simple assessments that can be done in the field to measure training effects.
