Practice Yoga, Celebrate Life: Put Body, Mind, and Spirit Together |
Celebrate life through yoga; learn to attain and maintain fitness and a healthy lifestyle by bringing harmony within physical, mental and spiritual forces. Achieve such harmony by practicing asanas and breathing exercises. The presenter advocates yoga especially to keep away stress. This session is appropriate for all seeking self-help therapy while having fun and getting rejuvenated. The presenter is a seasoned yoga practitioner and uses sound strategies to keep participants engaged throughout the session. Although NDA is the sponsoring association, all AAHPERD members can benefit from this all-embracing session. Participants should bring a mat or blanket. |
