| The Coach's Responsibilities Concerning Sport Facility Planning and Management |
| This presentation will address the issues and trends relating to planning and management of sport facilities. Issues will be based on 88 responses from a survey of 400 coaches from a variety of settings, sports and regions of the United States. Content areas will include facility planning processes, design, financial, and legal issues, as well as an understanding of equipment purchasing. A relationship will be illustrated concerning the NASPE National Standards for Sport Coaches and the coach's role in facility planning and management. |
