| Offered by the American Red Cross, this Sports Injury Prevention and First Aid course will provide you the opportunity to learn about injury prevention and practice lifesaving skills. The Red Cross and the United States Olympic Committee have teamed up to bring you the new Sport Safety Training Handbook which is used for this course. The goal of the course is to help coaches, physical education teachers and trainers prevent, prepare for and respond to sports-related injuries. The handbook is also a great emergency reference for you to keep in your classroom or first aid kit. |
