| Outcome Assessment for the Sport Management Curriculum |
| The presentation will assist attendees in learning about models of classroom outcome assessment and assessment strategies that can be incorporated into sport management programs. The presenter will identify concepts of assessment and apply them to the sport management standards that currently exist or will exist through NASPE-NASSM. The presenter will address the need for outcome assessment especially as sport management curricula move toward outcome assessment as a standard of measuring approved or accredited programs. Using common courses in the sport management curriculum, practical methods of assessment will be attached to course objectives. |
