| A Framework for Strategic Planning Analysis of Programs in HPERSD |
| This presentation will focus on a theoretical Framework for Strategic Analysis of Programs in HPERSD. It is intended for faculty called upon to perform administrative duties in their departments and/or schools/colleges. The presentation will entertain the notion that there is a theoretical framework that can assist such administrators, to some extent, in forming a Strategic Plan for their program(s). From examining forces that either drive or contribute to settings of change, the framework leads to examination of policy areas for change, ending with examination of possible outcomes of such change. |
