| Create and Run A Successful Jump Rope For Heart Program |
| The presentation will provide the attendee a step-by-step process on implementing a Jump Rope For Heart Program in his or her physical education classes and terminating with a Jump Rope For Heart Celebration.
Attendees will be presented with information on how to organize, plan, and set up for an after school Jump Rope For Heart event that is fail safe.
Participants will have an opportunity to learn single rope skills at the beginner and intermediate level that they can take back to their physical education classes. Handouts and jump ropes will be passed out to all participants.
