Looking for a way to restructure your middle school and high school physical education program for maximum fitness and skill development? This hands-on activity session will examine practical ways to get your students moving and actively engaged in the learning process ASAP ("active as soon as possible"). Based on the latest obesity-prevention recommendations and research, this session will provide you with strategies for developing a new approach for dealing with "worn-out" secondary physical education programs.
