KoBu Power is a cardio-strength training workout that sculpts your body and increases your metabolism. The calories burned from this workout will help achieve a firm and toned body, and the increased metabolism will promote the shrinkage of fat cells even when not exercising.
The KoBu Power workout is also an education in self-defense escape techniques which are taught in each of the exercises. This process is called the "bunkai" of each movement. Your workout is your defense, and your defense is your workout. |
