| Description | Sleep patterns, alcohol consumption choices, physical activity, and dietary behaviors often change drastically in first-year college students, and may impact overall student performance. This session examines a research-to-application project around the behaviors of first-year college students. The sessions also describes the prevalence and correlates of depression in one group of college students, including the relationship between depression and alcohol consumption, tobacco and other drug use, sexual activity, exercise, and physical and sexual assault. |
